With almost 20 years of experience in the hair industry, Karen has continuously pursued professional growth, bringing advanced techniques, professional knowledge and high-quality hair care solutions to Malaysia.

2023 — ELEVATING HAIR CARE EXPERIENCE

In 2023, Hairco Box became one of the exclusive salons in Malaysia offering Global Milbon Premium, with only selected salons nationwide able to provide this premium professional hair care experience.

This milestone represents our commitment to bringing customers a higher standard of hair care.

By combining advanced techniques with premium products, we focus on improving hair quality, maintaining scalp health and creating long-lasting beautiful results.

2024 — EXPANSION & ADVANCED HAIR COLOUR TECHNIQUES

In 2024, Hairco Box expanded with a new branch in Mahkota Cheras, allowing us to serve more customers and bring our professional services closer to the community.

As beauty trends continue to evolve, Hairco Box continues to develop specialised techniques beyond traditional colouring.

We introduced customised colour solutions such as Babylight and grey hair blending techniques, helping customers embrace their natural beauty with confidence.

For many years, covering white hair with dark colours has been the common solution. However, continuously returning to dark shades can sometimes create a flat appearance and limit the freshness of a person’s overall style.

At Hairco Box, we believe mature beauty should not be hidden.

Through personalised techniques, we help customers create dimensional, natural and elegant hair colours — allowing white hair to blend beautifully while maintaining healthy hair quality.

2025 — EXPANDING INTO COMPLETE BEAUTY & WELLNESS

In 2025, Hairco Box officially welcomed PepsyNail into our company family and expanded our vision with the launch of HeadSpa & Nails by Hairco Box.
